You can mark your Appraisals as Archived. This will remove them from your current list of active Appraisals.
Over time any databases get a little messy! For us it is the Commercial categories; Industrial, Industrial Building & Industrial property these are all the same. They all require a floor area value. These categories have now been merged into the single category Industrial Building.

A new option to add a Manual Sale. Firstly let me say this is not for a standard office, you should always have a Listing to mark as Sold.
This option has been added to allow new clients to load existing Sales into the program without having to load the Listing first. Sales loaded this way will not have a Listing and so will not appear under the agents recent sale etc.
