Its really import that we provide our Vendors with an up to date report of the marketing activity that you have done for their property.

This can include

Listing Activity
Open house visitors (automatic)
Promotion advertising (automatic)
Website traffic (automatic)
Email enquires (automatic)

This report is usually provided to the vendor on a regular basis, to keep them informed of the progress of their listing's marketing. The information in the report is based on the activities that have been recorded in the listing's activity tab many of the activities are created automatically from the marketing process of your listing.

Email

OSL will send newsletters and other communications to clients from time to time. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the client can remove himself or herself from that mailing list.

We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.

Updating your information

OSL provides you with ways in which you can update your personal information, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc. OSL will store previous email addresses against your profile to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions - specifically the use of one account per member.

Control of your password

You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password, including fees. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your OSL password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user name, email address and password or your information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Ensure you logout when you have finished visiting OSL, especially if you access OSL from a shared computer.

Credit and Debit card security

We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit and debit card information. We protect your credit and debit card information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. OSL does not retain any card details.

Cookies and local storage allow us to store information (including your personal information) in a file on the device you use to access OSL.
