We are excited to announce that we have made significant updates to our Contact Star Rating feature. We’ve listened to your feedback and it’s now even more user-friendly, faster, and easier to use than before.
The star rating can now be adjusted with just a single click! Yes, you heard right. Now, all you have to do is click on the needed star rating once and voila, it automatically saves without requiring further actions. This major feature update saves huge chunks of time and effort, ensuring you can get on with the business of the day without delay.But that's not all. The updated Star Rating system is no longer solitary. We have integrated it into the Listing > People tab, a place where you will have immediate and swift access to record and update a person’s level of interest in a property. This integration is set to allow you to keep track of potential clients quickly and expediently. Therefore, no more switching between tabs or forgetting to manually enter the levels of interest, our updated feature takes care of it all.
We have added a new email template called Info Pack.
When you select the Info Pack email template, the email will automatically include links to the property’s Marketing Documents or property files.Please note: Only documents that have been marked as part of the Info Pack will be included in the email.ExampleIf you want to send multiple properties to a contact, using the Info Pack email template will automatically include links to each property's Info Pack documents.

You now have the option to display $ per sqm rate on the main Listings grid
Including Sort by & Filter options
The $ Sqm value is calculated using the Lease PA rate / the total Floor /Building area for a listing.
This option allows you to set the color of your social media links.
When you open a property and select the people tab you can now see their Star rating, and you can quickly change a person star rating directly on this tab.
Using the Star rating is a way that you can indicate the persons level of interest in the property.
