We are excited to announce the release of our latest program update, designed to enhance user experience and improve overall functionality. These changes include bug fixes and performance improvements. Changes are across both OSL Office and OSL Agent as well as new features tailored to meet your needs.
Settings have moved to your name top right. Just click on your Name to access the program settings.
You can now set the Agent that is running the open Home, when editing the open Home time. It does not have to be an agent on the listing, it can be any Agent in the office.
If you have a Returning visitor simply add their phone number or email address and select the Find button to automatically find their details.

You can now add multiple Referral expenses to a Sale, previously limited to just one now you can add multiple referrals on a sale.
When printing a Vendor Activity report the limit to the size of the Activity comments has been removed.
When creating Activity Plans you can choose to make available to admin staff or to both Agents and Admin staff. As an Admin user you can even create a Plan for a specific Agent in your office. Settings > Plan tab
If you change the Agent on a Contact, any future Activities for that Agent will be also changed to the new Agent.
We have updated the Business features, Revenue, Plant & Stock as well as the Staff hours when adding Business for Sale listing.
