eLetters is an email campaign tool that lets you send tailored updates to Vendors/Owners (or Purchasers) based on listing activity.
Instead of sending generic bulk emails, eLetters creates individual emails for each recipient, linked to their specific property—making your communication more relevant and professional.
Start from Listings SearchNavigate to the Listings Search screen.
Select Your ListingsFor example, search for all new listings from the last 6 months.
Create the CampaignSelect the required properties, click the Email button, and choose eLetters.
Step 2 – MessageSelect the Vendor Update template.This will automatically generate an individual email for each Vendor/Owner linked to the selected listings.
Once created, your eLetters campaign follows the same steps as a standard email campaign:
Choose sender (agent signature)
Review and edit message content
Select recipients
Preview and send
Monthly vendor updates
New listing introductions
Progress updates for current campaigns
Follow-ups for recently sold properties
