Whats changing..
For Commercial For Lease listings we are separating the Lease details information from what we send to portal websites.
We only send the Market From/To amount OR the Lease Price to the website portals.
From today the Lease details tab is where you can record additional lease information e.g. OPEX, lease pa and lease terms that is only used in OSL Commercial/Office on Flyers, info sheets and eNews
Previously updating the Lease pa amount on the Lease tab would update the Market from amount as well! This will no longer happen, the lease information will only be used inside the OSL Office program.
Example: This will allow you to have a Lease pa amount of $80,000 entered on the Lease tab but market by No Price market from $60,000 or any value that you want to use.
Changing the Lease amount on the lease tab will NOT change the Market from value.
If you are still not clear about this change it just means that all Listing types work the same way when marketing listings with No Price.
