Turn more contacts into conversations and more conversations into opportunities with OSL Call Manager.
Making phone calls and following up with potential buyers and sellers is an essential part of real estate. But keeping track of who you've called, who you still need to contact and when to follow up can be time-consuming.
That's where OSL Call Manager comes in.
Call Manager is a simple but powerful tool built into OSL that helps you organise your outbound calls, manage your contact lists and keep track of your conversations and follow-up activities.
A Call Plan is simply a list of people from your OSL contact database that you want to call.
One of the easiest ways to use Call Manager is to follow up with visitors after an Open Home.
Creating a Call Plan from a property listing is easy:
Open the Listing in OSL.
Select the People tab.
Click the Call Plan button.
That's it! Your Call Plan is created.
By default, the plan includes all contacts associated with the listing. Alternatively, you can use the Select Contact checkboxes to include only the people you want to call.
When you're ready to start calling:
Go to People > Call Manager.
Select the Call Plan you want to work through.
Click Run.
Call Manager takes you through your list, helping you keep track of who you've contacted and what actions you've taken.
As you make your calls, you can:
Update contact details and keep your database accurate.
Record conversations and important information.
Update a buyer's level of interest.
Keep track of completed calls and follow-up activities.
Identify contacts who are no longer interested.
Need to stop halfway through? No problem.
Call Manager remembers your progress, so you can return to your Call Plan at any time and pick up right where you left off.
While following up after an Open Home is a great starting point, Call Manager can also help with regular prospecting, staying in touch with past clients and maintaining relationships with people in your database.
Rather than relying on memory, spreadsheets or handwritten lists, you have an organised calling system working alongside your OSL CRM.
Set aside regular calling time. Dedicate a fixed amount of time each week to making calls, and treat it like any other important appointment.
Focus on conversations, not call numbers. Rather than setting a target number of calls, focus on spending quality time connecting with people.
Don't take rejection personally. Not everyone will be interested. If someone no longer wants to be contacted, update their record and move on. Every update helps improve the quality of your database.
Follow up consistently. A timely phone call can make all the difference when building relationships with buyers and sellers.
Your OSL database is one of your most valuable business assets, but its real value comes from maintaining relationships with the people in it.
OSL Call Manager helps turn your database into an active prospecting tool, making it easier to stay in touch, manage your calls and ensure opportunities aren't overlooked.
