Its been another busy month for changes and enhancements, thank you to all those users that have made suggestions for changes (even the change requests that we haven't been able to make!
On an OSL website the listing GST label will only display for properties being marketed by Price
Building Name has been added as an option for all Listings. You can also choose to display the Building Name in the listing grid.
How - Click on the 3 dots on the top of the gird and select the columns option
Create a News/Blog page from your eNews.
If you have spent sometime creating a newsletter campaign why not display the campaign on the News page on your website.
Select your eNews > Tools and select the Blog button to quickly create a news page for your website.
Once created go to your OSL website > News Blog menu and select the news article.
You will have to make some changes to the Blog page but most of the work has already been done
When an Agent leaves, use the Move Listings function to replace the Agent on all of their listings.
When an Agent leaves your company select the Move Listings button and replace the Agent with another in the office.

This process will also automatically update their Listings on all websites!

When entering a contact into your people database you have the option add the Company that they work for.
You can now choose to display the Company column when looking at your contacts.
You have more options to turn OFF/ON columns on your people grid. Optional columns are : Company, Contact Address, Star Rating & Last modified. Click on the 3 dots and choose the columns that you want to display.
