Making OSL easier to use, wherever you are.
Over the next few weeks, you'll begin to notice some changes to the look and feel of OSL Office and OSL Agent as we continue to modernise our software.
Our long-term goal is to make all the features of OSL Office and OSL Agent accessible on mobile devices, giving you the flexibility to manage your listings, contacts, activities and other day-to-day tasks whether you're at your desk, in the office or out with clients.
As part of this work, we're also taking the opportunity to improve the overall user experience.
What can you expect?
A cleaner, more modern interface — updated layouts, clearer labels and more consistent controls.
Better mobile access — screens and windows that adapt to phones, tablets and desktop computers.
Easier navigation — less clutter, improved spacing and simpler ways to find and update information.
More consistent workflows — familiar buttons, controls and layouts throughout OSL.
Less scrolling and fewer clicks — making everyday tasks quicker and easier to complete.
We'll be introducing these improvements progressively over the coming weeks, starting with a number of the Listing and Activity screens.
While some screens may look a little different, the underlying functionality will remain familiar.
