Happy New Year and welcome to our first OSL newsletter for 2026.
Over the holiday period, we’ve used the quieter time to review how OSL is used day to day and to redesign one of the most important areas of the system — the Dashboard.
Introducing My Dashboard
We’ve launched a new Dashboard page called My Dashboard, designed to give you quick, clear insight into the information that matters most to you.
What’s new?
Choose the charts you want to see You can now select the specific charts you want to display on My Dashboard. Simply choose the charts that are relevant to you — whether that’s enquiries, listings, activity, or performance data.
Your dashboard, your way Each user can have their own personalised dashboard. What you see on My Dashboard does not affect anyone else — every person can tailor their dashboard to suit their role and priorities.
One-click access from the OSL Home page As soon as you add a chart to My Dashboard, a Dashboard tile will automatically appear on your OSL Home page. This gives you one-click access straight to your dashboard whenever you log in.
Separate enquiry charts by website portal
We’ve added dedicated charts showing website enquiries from each of the major property portals. Instead of all enquiries being grouped together, you can now clearly see where your leads are coming from, including: Your office website Trade Me Property realestate.co.nz OneRoof Other supported portals This makes it much easier to compare performance and understand which channels are working best.
This is just the beginning
The new dashboard is the foundation for more improvements planned this year. We’ll continue adding new charts and insights to help you get more value from your data, faster. As always, we welcome your feedback. If there’s a chart or report you’d like to see added, please let us know. We look forward to working with you throughout 2026.
