In this release a number of changes have been made to the Promotions module.
If you are using the promotions module or Vendor paid advertising then this update is for you.
The main Promotions page now displays the total due for a Promotion broken down by the Vendor, Agent and Office share of each Promotion.
You may need to slide the grid across to the left so that you can see the extra columns - if your screen is too small.
This means that you can look at the bottom of the Vendor column to see at a glance the total amount that is outstanding by your Vendors.
We have added the status of the listing so that you can easily see if the listing is Available, Unconditional, Withdrawn
This amount is the amount outstanding from the vendor.
Example: If the promotion invoice to the vendor is 1,500.00 and the Vendor has paid 1,000.00 then this amount will be 500.00
When a Listing that has a Promotion is Withdrawn the Promotion will automatically changed to Completed.
Important: This will only happen is the Promotion balance Due is 0.00
Maintain your Publications, Advertisements and Packages here
Settings > Office > Promotions tab
This means that all Office users can now update and maintain your advertising.
Previously it was only Company level users that could make these changes.
