The "+" button has replaced the "New" button throughout the program. Use it to create new tasks, listings, appraisals, or to add a new person to your database
The + button has replaced the New button wherever you are in the program. For A new Tasks, Listing, Appraisal and when adding new Person to your database
We recognize that this change might feel significant for some users, but it’s designed to enhance the program’s usability across mobile devices, tablets, and PCs
We've introduced a new column option called Groups, which displays the group a contact belongs to. For those using custom groups, you can now see this information at a glance—no need to open individual contacts. Simply hover over the colored dot to view the group name associated with each contact. Additionally, you can easily filter by groups. Just click the three dots in the column header and select the Filter option to narrow down your view by specific groups.
Are you using listing QR codes for your Print advertising or on your Flyers? We are now counting how many times a listing has been accessed by people using the QR code.
The QR code activity will be displayed on the listing Vendor Activity report
The AI Assistant is now available to help you craft opening remarks for your Vendor Activity Report. We all face writer's block from time to time, and this feature is here to make the process easier. In the Vendor Activity Report wizard, navigate to the Comments tab and click the New button to generate an opening summary for your report. Please remember to review and refine the generated text to ensure it meets your needs and reflects your voice.
You can now set the price range for visitors to your OSL website. So if you are in the South island you can set you own price range while if you are in Auckland city you can set a different price range. And for Commercial clients you can have a different price search for properties For Lease and Properties for Sale.
2025 promises to be even more exciting, and perhaps with another drop in the OCR we might just start making some headway in the real estate market!

Trademe has announced that the 'Starter' package will be discontinued and will no longer be available as an option from December 1, 2024
