Commercial lease now has a status of Conditional. This is so that you can make sure all of the Conditions on the lease have been met before changing the listing to Leased.

When you add a new rental it will be the status Pending . The same as any other Listing, to make a Rental live change the status to Available.

Change the listing attached to a Promotion. Sometimes you might attach a Promotion to the incorrect listing. Click on the edit button beside the Listing ID on the Promotion to move the Promotion to another Listing.
