It been an exciting year for us and we wish you and your family all the best for the holiday season.
I'm aware that discussing politics can be a touchy subject, but it's been quite an eventful year here in New Zealand.
Those who know me are aware of my belief that politics and the government's actions have a significant impact on our lives, sometimes to an extent that might even seem excessive. As we step into 2023 with a new government in place, I hold the belief that this administration recognizes the necessity for change.
A simple conversation with some of our more experienced citizens will reveal their thoughts on the past six years. All we really ask of our government is for them to fulfill their responsibilities and allow us to focus on the task of building a robust economy.
Certainly, the road ahead may present challenges, but as a business, what we crave most is assurance that the government will responsibly manage its finances and contribute to our collective prosperity.
So homes and houses still need to be brought and sold !
