In the commercial real estate industry, it's not uncommon to encounter listings that are presented without a specified price tag. This holds true for both properties available for sale and those up for lease
When reaching out to prospective tenants or providing further property or lease information, it's advisable to opt for the 'Lease per annum, per square meter, and Operating Expenses (OPEX)' option. By selecting this, you ensure that potential tenants receive detailed and pertinent information that directly pertains to their leasing considerations.
Choosing the 'Display Price' option may not provide additional value, as it simply duplicates information already available online. Therefore, focusing on lease-specific details such as annual cost, square meter rates, and operating expenses offers a more targeted and informative approach for engaging prospective tenants and facilitating their decision-making process.
This option has been extended to one off listings email, Share button or wherever you can create a property report.
