Sales Management

The status of all your sales are easily recognised with different colors for each sale status. Automatically displays sales to be Released today - each Sale record has it own document library, some automatically produced in the system but you can also add as many that you need.

Receipt & Invoice

Track your sale deposits and commission payments - automatic detection of a commission vs a deposit payment. Multiple receipts - payments or deposit refund. Allows for balance of Vendor advertising to be captured.

Letters

Extensive mail merge letter writing with system templates including; Solicitor vendor /Purchaser notification letters and early release.

Conditional Sales

Track your Sale conditions. never miss a Conditional sale requirement

Trust account

Optional Trust account management. Easy reconciliation of your trust account - manage more than one trust account - drill down to view the contents of any deposit - easily view transactions.

Multi Sale statements

Designed for when you are managing many Listings/Sales for a single vendor. The feature allows you to group multiple sales for a single vendor into a one invoice.

Agent Pay statements 

The commission clearing account - pay individual agents with custom commission splits per agent - make deductions directly from an agents pay - view all sales on an agent’s statement.

Reporting

Report on all sales activity in the system - report by agents within a branch, or branches within a group.
