We have completely re written the matching process to make the whole process quicker and easier to use.
1. The matching listings PDF file is automatically attached to your email.
2. Match form the Buyer screen
3. Each Listing sent to a Buyer is automatically recorded against the Contact
4. CC and BCC added options to your Email

Buyer matching - Email
|
Simply email a link to your Buyer matched properties. The Buyer receives your email and clicks on the ‘link’ to view the matching properties on your OSL Web site.
Note: Only OSL powered web sites have this function.

Save merged File

A new option has been added to the Tools - General Options 'Save my merge file to'. The new setting if empty will default saved merge files to c:\program files\osl\agent\letters ... If a path is entered all merge files will be stored in that location.
