Overview

At OSL we understand that part of providing a software package is providing the support that comes with it. Just as you build relationships with your clients we must build relationships with ours. All users develop different familiarity to specific support features of software they commonly use, because of this OSL designs software with simplicity and consistency in mind combined with latest support technology to help us help you instantly and efficiently.

Remote Assistance

OSL has two methods to offer users instant support in real time. For online software it is possible for a support member to view your connected session (view OSL applications only) to see what exactly the help required maybe and provide assistance. For OSL standalone products OSL offers a virtual network connection which allows us to connect to your machine (access must be permitted by you) and work with you one on one at your computer. These support solutions have enabled OSL to offer instant and visible results to any support calls.
Both remote support methods may also be used in educational contexts, for example to allow you to view your computer screen while it is being manipulated by the instructor.

F1 Help

All of our programs come with a help menu. If you have a question whilst using any OSL software simply press F1 and the Help menu will appear.
