Prospects
Maintain a prospecting database. Use the prospecting database for buyers and sellers who have not previously brought or sold with your company.
Target property
Enter a prospects target property type, price, location and bedroom requirements.
Prospects can be grouped into various types, for example investor, first home buyer etc.
Store prospects against specific salespeople or branches...
Searching
Extensive searching capabilities of your prospect database... Search by Source, specific Salesperson, Price range, target suburbs.
Matching
Automatically match a buyer with properties in the Listing module. Match with preferred Suburbs, Price, Property type, Land Area, and Building Area - specify a particular feature, e.g. swimming pool - Match from a specific date and highlight new matching listings.
Clients
The Client database contains previous vendors and purchasers of your successful sales. Load clients directly in to the client database or allow the Sales Register module to automatically load the vendor and seller details when a sale is entered.
Mail Merge
Create Microsoft Word templates and mail merge individual prospects and/or clients directly from Microsoft Word.
