Refund Policy
Unlike other real estate software developers all of our programs are provided in a DEMO format and as a result users have a great opportunity to evaluate our products prior to purchasing a user Licence.
Important - NO Refunds
Before purchasing a user Licence for any OSL program please be sure that you are purchasing the correct product as in general no refunds will be given.
A request for refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Mistaken Purchase
- If a user mistakenly licences an incorrect product. In this case if we are informed within 5 working days we will consider a full refund.
- System Failure
- If a user has significant program operational failures with any OSL program.
Any refund given is at the sole discretion of OSL company management.
