with the OSL Office system. The functions of the OSL Group system include: EOM reporting,
Franchisee fee management, Staff management, Franchise agreement management, Aggregated
data facility, Document library, Group KPI reporting.
EOM REPORTING
End of month activity reporting is available to all your offices in real time. Reduce
compliance requirements for your member offices.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
Create a group wide staff database allowing for career to date KPI reporting across
the group. This is especially important as sales people move from one company to
another within your real estate group.
FRANCHISE FEES
Using the EOM reporting you can generate franchise fee invoice/statements; maintain
multiple franchise rate cards including fees based on sales activity, base and or
flat fees.
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT MANANAGMENT
Store completed franchise agreements and maintain key franchise agreement dates.
AGGREGATED DATA
OSL will import listing data from any of the major back office systems that your
